I've been enjoying watching everyone's reaction posts to #MoonlightChicken it's one of my favorite Thai BLs and it's nice to see so many people enjoying it.
For those who are done with moonlight chicken, if you want...
more EarthMix, watch A Tale of a Thousand Stars
more GeminiFourth, watch My Class President
more FirstKhaotung, watch The Eclipse
and give us more reaction threads. These are great :)
there always comes a time when #MoonlightChicken 's interconnected stories of loss and healing, of letting go and moving on, and the gentle, quiet beauty in which the music, acting and cinematography cradle pain, work their magic on me and I am so ready to move on... and once again I find myself up against the limitations of my health and my inability to find any way to do so within our transactional what can you do for me society
I dunno. In my experience, if the cat likes your date, then your date is a good one. I had a boyfriend who was hated by my cat. But that same cat loved my Spouse.
So waking up the next day to find your cat happily getting scritched on the lap of your date is a good sign.
Oof, gonna think about that line a bit. If someone dies and there are still unresolved feelings or questions, you're kinda stuck. The only resolution you'll ever get is from yourself.
The use of music and cinematography in the long sequence of Li Ming being upset is beautiful example of the way #ThaiSeries can cradle pain. It's there, it's real but it's conveyed gently.
In things no one else cares about, Moonlight Chicken begins on the Mid-Autumn Festival. Today is therefore an official day of appreciation of the beauty of the opening segment of Moonlight Chicken.
