Just watched a video comparison of the opening anime scene of P3 vs P3R here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WBoL95xRdg

I don't recall this colorful dressed lady with her dogs from Persona 3. They made her less fancy in Persona 3 Reloaded.

It's also interesting how they censored the old swimsuit model on TV thing in the background from the original.
