The closest they come to offering an "opinion" is when they ask someone how they feel about their home burning down, and that person, who is living it, speaks. -- They do not have some celebrity-type news anchor interviewing another celebrity-type news anchor, sharing their personal views on the matter.

If there was honesty in media, we would refer to NBC as Comcast News, the Washington Post as the Jeff Bezos Post, etc. Even outlets like NPR that brag about being listener funded rake in donations from the Koch brothers.
A media outlet like NPR may have a sympathetic interview with union workers that are not in the middle of a labor conflict and a respectful conversation with a progressive after an election takes place.
But when you really need the news to be unbiased and to present all facts of the matter, they will largely paint labor and progressive politicians as not serious, undiplomatic, and radical.
