Doh - I noticed the #TeaHaus tea shop I usually order fancy teas from has bumped up their shipping costs, and doesn't take paypal anymore (I have stale cash accumulating there).
Remedy is to order from local #ShantiTea who has a poorer selection, but has local pickup AND does take paypal.
I entered my order, then noticed I went over their 'free shipping' threshold so could've just avoided the pending drive for pickup. :(
