I'm in a #Fullers pub. The staff all look so weird and like robots, all have large black earpieces in.
It gives the impression they are only half listening to you or you are their secondary concern. For such a large company with (I presume) focus groups and lots of "make the customer feel welcome" research I'm astonished someone didn't veto the setup.
