The wife and I went to lunch at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar after her doctors appointment.

Appetizer: Deviled eggs with jalapenos on top

Entree: Custom burger with two 7oz patties, double American cheese, fried egg, peanut butter and jalapeno ranch with a side of mac and cheese.

Not pictured was a double peanut butter and banana milkshake.

I always enjoy Pasta Grannies episodes. The variation of pasta, lasagna, pizza, etc. recipes across all the regions of Italy is fascinating to me. Many of them look like they take years of practice to get right. I therefore have no intention of trying no matter how delicious they look. This on the other hand looks very approachable and delicious. My biggest problem is I haven't been able to find fava beans/broad beans in stores around me. Worst case I'll order them from Amazon I guess. My stomach is growling just thinking about this recipe again. #cooking #food #FoodHistory #pasta #MacAndCheese #italy #PastaGrannies
