Considering that most of the #cells in our #bodies are #bacteria and other #microbes, and how dependent #humans are (and vulnerable to) in so many ways on the existence of these microbes, it's an arrogance born of ignorance that humans believe we're the dominant #organism on #Earth.
We could be wiped out like the #Martians in #WarOfTheWorlds; #SARS-CoV-2 highlights what easy prey we can be for microbes because we're arrogant and ignorant.
