The link is just a news article from The Times describing the experience of #Ukraine#POWs who were castrated while in #Russia'n captivity. The video I was referring to was floating around social media last year & I refused to watch it.
If I recall correctly @Bellingcat or some other #OSINT sleuths managed to ID the perpetrator of that particular incident.
Sadly it appears it wasn't a one-off, but something that has been happening on a wide scale.
