I was granted early access from on high to the MacOS app. It's pretty slick, albeit barebones, and comes with a nice default keyboard shortcut to bring up a launcher / prompt box.

Haven't had much reason to play with GPT 4o yet. Curiously the Mac app defaults to GPT 4. I thought I read that 4o is faster AND cheaper, but I suppose it's still being rolled out. The option's there if I want to manually switch to it.

Jayden and I took an introductory dance class today. We learned the basics of several different steps and it was tough! I donโ€™t have two left feet, but I have a lot to learn. Itโ€™s looking like weโ€™re going to buy a handful of classes.

Following up on this:

I might end up with my step-brotherโ€™s 12โ€ MacBook in the future, which would make me way excited. As I understand it, this model was kinda lame due to low processing power and heat capacity issues. That being said, I love the design and its small form factor is awesome by today's standards.

With a lightweight OS I imagine that any glaring issues will be minimized.

Dolphin Emulator added support for HDR post-processing and it sure looks INTENSE on my MacBook. Fun addition to make these games really pop.

Maddy really wanted the original Japanese only n64 cart for her 9th birthday.

We had to reset the game so we can start fresh. Or โ€œreset the unevennessโ€ as the translator app said. Then the digital characters begged for their lives. โ€œEven the scent from the room will be goneโ€.

@dan I remember getting Animal Crossing for GameCube back when KB Toys was still a thing. All my friends had the game, so mom finally broke down and took me to the store. They were sold out. I must've looked pretty bummed because an employee went to "check something in the back."

He reappeared with an Animal Crossing disc & memory card, which were from the DNI display box. He let me have it anyway.

Just started a fresh play-through, but this time I'm playing on my computer for portability.
