Sadly I feel like it’s always the same thing when hearing about america’s problems: people will make a great fuss about it, lots of tweets, TV interviews and such, but nothing will came out of it. Repeat every x months. That’s what I have observed about the gun handling situation, the 6 January insurrection, the opioid crisis, the rise in poverty, housing crisis, and the healthcare system. Seems like the whole world is staring at the US like WTF is happening, and america is just like “yeah, I’ll be angry today and do something about it tomorrow” Anyway, just my 2 cents, send thoughts and prayers

Parce que il y a une différence entre placer des capitales de pays, et des capitales d’états d’un pays. Au même titre qu’on saurait placer la capitale de la Russie, mais pas ses capitales d’oblast, pourtant plus grand que les US. Et pour avoir parlé avec des américains et australiens, moi j’ai eu des élèves de seconde qui avaient du mal pour le CONTINENT de la France, ils m’ont placé entre l’Inde et le Pakistan
T’es de mauvaise foi, bien sûr que mon point de vue est atlantico-centré, et c’est pour ça que je le compare aux étudiants américains, qui sont sensés l’être tout autant que nous. Je pense que les étudiants français seraient capables de placer n’importe quel pays du G20 sur le bon continent, et ce n’est pas le cas des étudiants américains. Ils ont un égocentrisme assez unique, que ce soit au niveau de leurs médias ou de leur système scolaire
