Is a lunch break included here? In Germany it’s the norm to work 40h, but (are obliged to) spend an additional 30 minutes there for lunch. So you’re at work for 42,5h but only get paid for 40.

Für gewöhnlich trinke ich Oatly, schon allein wegen des Calzium Zusatzes. Geht aber ganz schön aufs Portemonnaie, wenn sie nicht grade reduziert ist. Deshalb halte ich gerne die Augen nach günstigeren Alternativen offen.
Ich esse eigentlich jeden Morgen Porridge mit Milch, da kommt einiges zusammen. Wenn dabei nicht jeder Liter angereichert ist, ist das nicht weiter wild. Aber tatsächlich mochte ich die anderen Mischungen auch nicht so gerne, deshalb will ich hier erstmal ein Meinungsbild einholen
Bei Madsen kann man zum Beispiel immer gut reinhören, auch wenn Sirenen und Kompass nun schon fast 10 Jahre her sind und damit nicht unbedingt "aktuell".
Das (noch) letzte Album von Itchy ist auch auf Deutsch und ein bisschen poppiger als der Alternative-Pop-Punk, den man sonst von ihnen kennt.
Ansonsten würde ich noch Von Wegen Lisbeth sagen, auch wenn ich die neueren Lieder nicht kenne.
Dota Kehr habe ich letztens erst für mich entdeckt. Ob das nun Pop ist oder nicht, darüber lässt sich vermutlich streiten, aber auf jeden Fall zeigt sie sehr gut, dass Deutsch als Sprache für Musik sehr gut funktionieren kann.
Sicherlich gibt es noch viele andere Beispiele, das sind nur die, die mir jetzt aus dem Stehgreif einfallen. Ich gebe dir aber recht. Vermutlich ist die schiere Masse und damit Auswahl an englischsprachiger Musik auch der Hauptgrund für die entsprechende Präferenz vieler Leute.
No specific pattern, but as I'm not a fan of heel flaps I had a look into shaping short row heels for a better fit. That's when I ran across the Up Down Short Row Heel. Can highly recommend!

I'm just trying a new heel construction with a reinforced slip stitch back, a gusset and Up Down Short Row Heel. That's supposed to give a better fit, as the bamboo/cotton yarn is (by far) not as stretchy as conventional sock yarn.
Genau das ist es nämlich. Wenn das gute alte Insektensterben einen interessiert, sind kommerzielle Honigbienen der Feind und nicht der Freund. Das wird leider gerne zu Gunsten dieser verklärt.
Neben der Wildbiene leiden auch andere natürliche Bestäuber wie Schmetterlinge, Motten und Käfer darunter. Man muss sich nur mal in Erinnerung rufen, wann man zuletzt so einen Schmetterling gesehen hat. Dann sieht man das Problem plötzlich sehr deutlich.
Don't be so harsh on yourself, it's awesome! The imperfections are the perfect level that will make another knitter go "Oh wow that's selfmade. So cool!" while other people won't notice them at all. Really nice work!
Hey there, I feel like this community needs some love! So here is my latest FO: A cropped tee I recently improvised to battle the draining summer heat. It consists of a Tencel/bamboo mix and has a nice cooling effect.
In my view it still says .world only had 5 subscribers lol. Just now I realized that's obv not true 😄
Thanks a lot! I borrowed Barbara Walker's Knitting from the Top from archive.org and used it as reference. I feel like most patterns using standard sizes don't really fit me, so it was time for something customized.
Impatiently waiting for Beyond. Until then I've settled for Connect, as it's a pretty active community that shapes the app with it's suggestions and feedback. It's nice to be a part of that.
As most knitted item: probably socks. Most of them gifted away though. Actually I'm right now experimenting on a sock construction for 100% plant fiber socks.
But I enjoy tops and tees way more by now. Finished a dress recently I'm still looking forward to wear.
