Gemeinwohlorientierte Digitalisierung erfordert Offenheit aus Sicht der Nutzenden in vielfältigen Bereichen. In unserer Gesellschaft fehlt aber noch ein ausreichender öffentlicher Auftrag dafür.
Das Problem ist also: Alle brauchen es, niemand ist verantwortlich.
