No one is saying people don't want to travel around the Baltics. LUX Express and Econolines are doing very well and run regular services all the way to Warsawa, St Petersburg and stops in between. The issue has been that train connections between Baltic countries have been spotty and this is what RailBaltic is attempting to address and that Jon is investigating on this trip.

I think the plan is for Tram 2 to connect arriving train passengers to the airport. At the moment the trip from the Baltijaam to the airport takes 20 - 25 minutes. Anyway there's enough of Tallinn that is beautiful and/or interesting. Not everywhere has to be glamorous.

These really are party boats. Anybody with a work or serious reason to go to Stockholm will fly. The boats are for fun. I usually eat early, then stay in my cabin and watch movies. Tallink ships are the same.

12 mins planned connection time becomes 2 mins

Does train manager help at all with connections? No. Not even an apology for the delay announcement

But I know I arrive Voie 3, and depart Voie F. Thanks to OpenRailwayMap I can deduce 3 is a terminus track, exit right, front of the train - for shortest dash to underpass to F

And it worked!

Great that you have such an aid, stupid and sad that that you need it.
On a similar subject. Half of central Tallinn tram lines are torn up so getting to places like the Balti jaam and sites close by the harbour will need time and planning.
