Which isn’t as easy as having the tools right there.

I hear you. And I use that for many situations. All I’m saying is most complaints likely come from users with small screens and the fact that the default tool setup is so large makes it hard.

You seem to have a pretty big monitor. Try it on a 13” laptop and you’ll see why it’s harder to use.

The democratization of embedded programming and the capacities it offers. Coupled with 3D printing you can build your own robots or machines with minimal knowledge and money.

Dune proved that fans are as excited about sci-fi adaptations as ever before, but several iconic books still haven't reached the silver screen. (www.cbr.com)

Film sci-fi is often original, with stories that were made specifically for the screen, but there have also been many, many sci-fi adaptations. Many classic novels have been made into sci-fi movies, even previously thought unfilmable ones like Dune, but there are still many great sci-fi novels out there that have never made the...

It seems like my favorite books are all being adapted recently. Hopefully the trend will continue.

If you fall asleep with an itchy butt you’ll wake up with a smelly finger.

Open source e reader (lemmy.ml)

I recently got a Sony prs 600 e reader from 2009. The battery is at the end of its life (It lasts about 3 days with heavy reading, and a couple weeks without reading). No backlight, no Wi-Fi, just an SD card that I can load epub files and small PDFs. The screen is slow and the contrast isn’t the best. The “touch screen” is...

Nice but it feels like a rather thick stack for a watch.

It had side loaded emulators but they were not allowed in the AppStore. Now they are.

It’s the first. Not the best. But good to see Apple actually is allowing emulators now. Waiting for Delta or Ignited

Sweet! I tried and modified your prompt to try to remove the hand and was able to get a decent result. i got this.

The prompt was:

gritty graphic novel art, a warrior holding up his the stomp of his cut off hand upon which has been attached the head of a fire breathing dragon and shouting “forefathers one and all, bear witness!” speech bubble. make sure no hand is holding the dragon’s head.

What was the prompt? Love the comic book style.
