Demanding people CW discussions about politics, transphobia or racism is as much censorship as the requirement to declare allergens is a ban on peanuts.
Peanuts are legal. We just give people some control about what they put in themselves, whether that's their mind or their body. Some people can't handle peanuts, some people can't handle transphobia.
