Nous sommes trop au top nous autres Bretons, surtout sur la patate. Mais bon pour les frites, à part le beurre salé fondu dessus (essayé avant de râler), les Ch'nordistes sont les Maistres !

Le Beurre salé c'est après les 2 cuissons l'une à 160° pendant 6mn et l'autre après un repos de 10mn à 190° pendant 3 mn bien sur de dans de la graisse de boeuf, pour faire fondre dessus ; compter 250 gr pour 300 gr de frites et un rouleau d'essuie-tout pour les doigts.

Je surnomme ma chienne Eckmuhl, parce qu'elle a une haleine qui sent la vase à marée basse, comme je l'ai senti lors de ma visite à ce phare...
