Exactly. It’s a language learning and text output machine. It doesn’t know anything, its only ability is to output realistic sounding sentences based on input, and will happily and confidently spout misinformation as if it is fact because it can’t know what is or isn’t correct.

Starbuck and Gary Laser-Eyes. Both dumb as bricks (they never get the brain cell) but super sweet and cuddly. Complete lap cats. Gary also has the loudest purr I’ve ever heard from a cat, you can hear him through walls.

Nobody with even half a functioning brain cell thinks Zelenskyy is responsible for this war or is in the wrong. This is entirely Putin’s little pipe dream to rebuild the Soviet Union by violently invading and trying to subjugate other countries.

Put yourself into his shoes for a moment. If you were the leader of a country you’re proud of, swore to protect and lead, who is responsible for everyone within it, would you just sit there idly when a neighbouring country comes along and invades, murdering your citizens and trying to erase your country through genocide? Would you just roll over and try to appease them when they have no intention of negotiating? Zelenskyy made the choice to fight back, because it is the right thing to do.

Zelenskyy is fighting for his country’s right to exist. He is fighting to stop his own people, including children, from being raped, murdered, sent to work camps, or forcibly integrated into Russia. He is fighting to stop his country’s culture from being erased. If you think that’s wrong, then something must be very, very wrong with you instead.

They aren’t ever going to chill out. Their entire purpose is to brigade, attack, harass, and argue in bad faith. The admins pretend to care about this, but they’re in on it as shown by this image. They’re getting defederated a lot right now because they cannot ever behave.

And you can also be a leftist/socialist without supporting authoritarianism. They seem to have forgotten that, and gobble up CCP/Russian propaganda like it’s candy. This is lemmy.ml, which is full of clueless tankies who confuse modern fascist Russia with the Soviet Union and love to consume Russian and Chinese propaganda. Anything “Western” is automatically bad and evil (those damn Anglos or something) and since Ukraine is backed by NATO, it has to be the bad guy. Take a wild guess at what the “.ml” means.
