Joe and Mika are whining about all the murderous Middle Eastern regimes of the past 50 years that colleges DIDN'T protest, making comparisons with Saddam Hussein, Sadat, and the Sudan, while belittling campus protests against the Israeli slaughter of the Palestinians. The difference is that the US has been PAYING for Zionists to kill Palestinians and kick them off their land for almost 80 years; we didn't pay for the atrocities in Syria or Iran, but Mika and Joe have chosen to ignore that.

People stopped speaking Hebrew between 200 and 400 CE, and it remained only as a liturgical language until the 19th Century, much like Latin remained in the Church during the Dark and Middle Ages in Europe. Am I to understand that because Hebrew is "the Holy Language", northern Europeans who revived Hebrew as a spoken liturgical language in the 1800s are justified in a military occupation of Palestine?
I see they put lawyer and political adviser, John Podesta, in charge of advising Biden about climate change. I'm surprised they didn't hire a famous football coach or maybe a 4 star chef or Grammy award winner to explain atmospheric physics and the Earth's heat budget, along with the effects of greenhouse gases.

Wow. Turned on the TV to be greeted by #ChrisChristie railing against Hunter Biden, furious invective normally reserved for gang rapists and mass murders. And Joe Biden is as evil and awful as any president in our history. Chris Christie. Disgusting. Maybe I missed the beginning that would explain it, but I couldn't take more than 20 seconds of it before I went to the weather channel. For some reason I had thought Christie was little less awful, but he's just another psychopathic Republican.

@Threadbane SPECTRUM, locally known as RECTUM, is the only cable system available where I live. They keep raising the rates without notice. The web works fine, the cable TV channels are a vast wasteland. Everybody has a smartphone now.

#Trump has been a Russian asset all along, and the Russians have supported all his activities, from trying to cripple Ukraine to threatening NATO. The #MoscowSeven and others in Congress, including #McConnell, are in thick with the Russians. The GOP is crippling the US from within, following the Russian/Soviet plan that has been in place since the 50s. In this light, #FOX, #McCarthy, #Cruz, OANN, etc, aren't pro Trump as much as pro #Russia.

McConnell was basically given a large interest in an asbestos plant somewhere in Russia. Don't forget China, either. McConnell's wife, the daughter of a Chinese shipping magnate, was made Secretary of Labor, a post that oversees the ports of all things! Apparently marriages of state are still a thing.

I don't understand how the Church keeps its tax exemption, because it OFFICIALLY meddles in our politics, to wit, the abortion issue. Archbishops giving public speeches, nuns demonstrating...but then, religion should simply be classified as part of the entertainment industry, with no special tax status of any kind. All religions. Temples, synagogues, churches, and mosques should have to pay ordinary local property taxes that support fire and police departments and maintain the roads.
