Seems like a way of saying deleting the app without deleting your data. I guess most users must not be regularly pruning unused apps to make this a desired feature.
Name brand cereal has gotten so expensive. I swapped to store brands and haven’t noticed a huge difference. Probably better to stop eating cereal in general.

I think the bubble is coming too. The question is how much it will take for normal users to be done with them. The current Lemmy user base is more focused on tech, open source, and/or privacy than the average Internet user, which is why we already abandoned Reddit.
I think having to pay for access to these sites might be the biggest issue, as many people see the Internet as something that should be free.
I think the biggest issue for me was how large the map was. They did the castle and hogsmede very well, but then threw in a bunch of filler content in the other towns. If they had stuck to the more core areas only, the game wouldn’t have gotten so stale later on.
Sure, more room is nice, but the map could have been 1/3rd the size and still have a good sense of speed with it. A better option would have been to put in some fun mini games with the broom, but that would have been required then to make flying the broom more engaging.
I think Seb was having fun because he no longer felt stressed about trying to win a world championship. His new focus was to do as well as possible, but not necessarily the best.
They directly reference the data from the feds, which shows that the direct statement isn’t completely true. It does show that democrats(Clinton in particular) were better about not increasing the deficit.

I finished up Guardians of the Galaxy this past weekend, which I enjoyed. Nothing world shattering but a solid title. I’m on a sports game kick right now, so I decided to start a franchise in Madden 23. I would have gone with 24, but it doesn’t seem to work on Linux.
As pointed out in This Week in GNOME, there’s been some continued work on Variable Rate Refresh for the GNOME desktop. The VRR setting within GNOME Settings continues to be iterated on as the developers iron out how they’d like to present the Variable Rate Refresh setting for users. The developers have been discussing how to...
The lack of VRR in GNOME is what had me change to KDE. I prefer GNOME in many ways, but I was tired of having to use the vrr patches to keep the functionality.
I used it previously. I never had crashes because of it, but it would mean I would have to wait for the aur packages to be updated before I could upgrade to the next iteration of GNOME.
In the end, the KIA car company made its cars into subscription models, I really hate this because in the end the car we buy with our own money doesn’t feel like it belongs to us. To a degree, yes. On mythic you can only have one person per pool in P3, so you have assigned pools to enter to ensure everyone gets one. The arrow would help find your pool quickly on the map, but with the nerf, you get a lot more time and you can sit in your pool earlier.
For P1, the map helps in showing the position of the heart placements, but you don’t need your player’s arrow as much since the spots are much more spread out.
I haven’t checked in on this game since around launch. Anyone want to bring me up to speed on what’s happening? I gather the latest expansion pack is priced differently than prior DLC?...
