I decided an accommodation I need to make for myself is to get a robot vacuum. Sometimes I really struggle to take care of myself and when the floor gets dirty it can stop me from taking care of other tasks. When my apartment is dirty I often internalize that and it makes me feel like a failure which further contributes to the downward spiral of not being able to take care of myself.
