Ordered myself a pair of (ear plugs with specific level of sound reduction) and I cannot wait for them to arrive! They are very expensive so I've been saving to buy them (I paid 44 euro incl. postage), but I keep seeing other people using them successfully so I have wanted them for ages. Bought a pretty pink colour, as I shamelessy adore pink. 🌸

The Autism Room is what I call my home office.

It's 20sqm with an additional 3sqm for a bathroom and shower.

Every aspect, from the flooring, lighting, paint colour, and God damn lightbulbs have been chosen to be autism friendly for my specific brand of neurospicy.

It even has a wall bed and reading nook, complete with lounge chair.

Yesterday: flight details look fine. Today at online check-in: we've moved your flights to 3 hours earlier with BA and now you can't check in with us.
No email with the new booking reference (why a new ref?!). In queue for Aer Lingus support for 2 hours now 🙄

What does it mean if you are an highly empathetic person and someone hurt you so much repeatedly, that you don't feel empathy for them any more. I don't wish them any bad and can't find any satisfaction in revenge, but I also don't wish them any good or can be happy for them. It's a kind of indifference and I just want to keep distance. Is this the way how healthy boundaries feel or a kind of unhealthy suppression?

Foam tips - No
Mutes - Meh

If in doubt buy the Plus version of the Experience. You can't use a Mute with the Quiet - unless you want to make a fashion statement.

Like I sleep with the Quiets in and cannot hear my alarm. I use the experience with the mutes and silicone tips when out and "still want to have a conversation".

When Quiets when I'm out is "pls f off".

If sleeping with the Quiets don't buy black. Impossible to find under the bed. I have red for sleep, pink for keychain. Experience is black, which is why I know how tricky they can be to find.

I love them both. Engages are still shite tho
