Today I had a call with Andreas Nymark @andreasnymark about his Kirby @getkirby foundry plug-in @Fountain.

What I have seen is really promising and exciting! A lot of automated processes thanks to implementation. Like subsetting, trial fonts or conversion.

Today we made a small excursion to Altishofen to see the book my father calligraphed in 1985.

A book made for the fundraiser to finance the renovation oft the castle. Donars above sFr 1000.- got a dedicated page.

Calligraphy based on the work of Jakob Hutzli.

Do we know, how many kerning pairs PowerPoint can take?
v2 with about 6.000 kerning pairs works.
v3 within the old limits of 10.920 pairs, does not.

(I imported the v2 kerning into v3, to make sure, there is nothing else breaking the kerning.)
