Hi. Did you know there's a library of free-to-use music for your next , university assignment, show or perhaps powerpoint presentation?
I painstakingly made everything here and I'm not done yet. There are at present, 171 tracks but over a thousand variants, and it's all yours for the price of 0.00.
I do have to warn you however, that if you plan to use any of the tracks between 1 and 150 on youtube, you will be hit with a silly copyright claim that I have no intention of issuing takedowns for, so please, despite that, feel free regardless.
If you like what you hear, please boost for larger reach. My goal is to have a library of high-quality tracks for anyone to use for any purpose whatsoever. Thank you.

@Onj @spacedragon seems like Spotify left it alone for the longest time, though, and once they decided to change the name, things went to crap. I can’t even monetize my new podcast with subscriptions because I can’t get the stupid payment provider to cooperate, and I’m the one I’ve had for several years, I can’t cash out, even though I have about 34 bucks in my wallet.

@spacedragon @Onj they are stubborn and use stripe instead of PayPal, and they’re acting like I don’t have a balance in my account that’s high enough to cash out, but it says $34.18 right up there at the top of the window

Does anyone know where Apple has hidden the “Open VoiceOver at the Login Screen” setting on Ventura? Can’t find it in VoiceOver settings, Users & Groups settings, or VoiceOver utility.

@pax I wish. Apparently the issue with half of my TTS voices, not showing up in my Chat reader is directly linked to Windows 11, which I probably shouldn’t have installed on ancient hardware anyway.

@blindmouse88 there is practically nothing I wouldn’t do for an M1. Despite the myriad of places I’ve sent my resume to none of them have turned out to be productive. I have been very flatly ignored 100% of the time.

One more post and I promise I’ll stop making them for a little while. Could somebody kindly let me know when they find an accessible app for Kbin? The web interface is usable but I prefer an app so I can keep up with what’s going on and don’t have a backlog when I finally remember to log into the website.

Question for Apple TV users. When the day comes that I have to replace my unit, can I still use my old remote on the new model? Yes, I’m aware that it comes with a remote of its own, but I like this remote, unlike 90% of the population

@FreakyFwoof good point. I’ve read about a lot of people having trouble with the newer style, remotes, and anyway, this one is cute, and I already know how to use it, and I really don’t wanna have to fight with more scotch tape just to attach the AirTag to a new remote. That process can be a pain.

@FreakyFwoof that’s cool. Funny thing is I originally bought the AirTag to attach to my Victor reader, but then it wouldn’t stick to the silicone case, so I had to find another use for it.
