And then there are bucket list items that you don't realise existed until you manage to cross them off by accident. I hadn't been planning to visit the Library of Congress (I didn't even know you could!), but gosh am I happy I did -- the main reading room is gorgeous.

And if I understand correctly how this works, I think I can request a library card, go sit here, and ask them to bring me Pluk van de Petteflet (LCCN 72319242). Although it is stored offsite, so I may have to wait a bit...
