Yes, but specifically, this is a pellet, not a BB. Due to their shape, pellets typically have a faster speed and greater penetration. Pellets are also not used for “play fights”. You won’t find an airsoft sport rifle that will because it is incredibly dangerous. This wasn’t just someone with a Daisy. It moves this from “kid being irresponsible with a toy” to more likely “someone malicious actively trying to cause harm”.
Please send an anonymous report to animal control. The circumstances sound suspicious with the neighbor. At the very least, adopting animals and then neglecting them(like the now feral cat), is animal adandonment/neglect. They should be prevented from adopting further animals even if that’s all they are doing. The animals deserve a caring home. In addition, torturing small animals is a common and huge red flag. If they only like things when they’re small and cute, what happens when their daughter grows up? I know this sounds extreme and I don’t have all the facts, but how else would you view “they keep getting new animals, neglecting them, they “disappear”, and more appear to continue the cycle. Oh and I found a pellet in one of them”??? File an anonymous report so that hopefully someone can look into this make sure everything is on the up and up.
I always love that people go on and on about “he shared government secrets!” and always convientantly leave out that those “secrets” included that we were “double tapping” targets and killing aid workers and reporters arriving on the scene after the first strike. Or the video of the Apache gunning down a reporter and laughing about it.
And who exactly do you expect to talk about the crimes the US commits? Their allies? Just because the information comes from a biased source doesn’t change the fact that all of the information is accurate. Doesn’t change the extrajudicial killings, illegal detentions, torture…

A proper and satisfying ending, imo. And there’s a really cool wrap up gag they do that loops it all back to the first episode. Definitely worth the watch, but take breaks. Do a season at a time or something.
Also, don’t forget The Fall Of Sam Axe. It’s a movie they made that tells the backstory of what happened to Sam. Watch that after season 4 of Burn Notice.
Why with all those billions are we relying on a private company for military communications? I’m not excusing Musk AT ALL, but communications are insanely important in a conflict. Why are these governments spending all of this money and not just doing it themselves? If the military ordered supplies from Walmart and Walmart didn’t deliver them, wouldn’t we be asking the government instead “why the hell did you do that?”

The issue is reddit doesn’t store all the data in one indexed and centralized location. It was pointed out that “hot” and “top” sorting aren’t just a sort, but literally TWO LISTS that are constantly being updated and adjusted. So if you remove a comment from one list or location, it still might exist in other places. Then when reddit software gets around to reconciling these differences, the copy that still exists gets pushed onto the other lists and returns.
I’m not trying to justify the system; it sucks and reddit is directly responsible for that. But it does seem like they’re not intentionally restoring content, it’s just a side effect of their bungled system.

Can you do something about the size of the reply graphics? I'm talking about the green, orange, etc line that appears next to a comment when it is a reply. They're so narrow and the green one starts at the edge of the screen, making it almost invisible.
Exactly this. You want to incentivize discussion, not the dopamine rush casino/arcade that just leads to low effort, low quality posts. If people want to be here for discussion, then they will either lurk and consume, or participate earnestly. Don't put systems in place that reward the opposite.
