@PeterLG @RealJournalism Absolutely. I think most buildings should be mixed-use and no higher than 7 stories, with residential spaces no higher than 4th floor, and should have windows and balconies that open to the street. Retail at ground/basement level, residences floors 2-4, offices and community spaces floors 5-7. My modification of Christopher Alexander's "Four Story Limit" (A Pattern Language, Pattern 21)
