I'm looking to hire someone to do some slightly technical illustrations for How Comics Were Made. There are a few pieces of equipment and processes that have no great photographic or illustrative elements out there, but I can provide reference images and rough drawings. If you’re interested, send me links to your work? I’m not looking for blueprint-style perfection, but something that conveys the meaning and is accurate.
@exchgr sushi was in big cities and exotic. Origami was taught by substitute art teachers. Japan was soon to own the entire United States and we should all be learning Japanese, but few studied the culture.
@exchgr Amusingly, my older child just came home from a trivia night at a cafe, and one of the questions involved a picture clue, which was a still frame of the X-Files opening. Nobody in his team got it.
If you ever get the chance to have your Mac run out of disk space and RAM, but say it didn't run out of disk space and RAM, I highly recommend it. You see, the files are managed for you, so you don't have to worry, except when your desktop wallpaper breaks, and you can't quit or launch apps, but under the hood it definitely is taking care of things.
@kissane@xoxo Just to be complicated (“there is no parking in the red zone, the white zone is for parking”), the COVID policy would indicate that non-reserved seating in the tent doesn't require masking.
“We will have reserved seating exclusively for Park Pass holders in the front of the tent in the park, with additional seating in back for any attendee to use."
So conceivably…if you had a Theater Pass and sat in non-reserved Park Pass seating in the back… no mask.
