So pissed. Was using for 2FA and OTTP and after updating the app, ALL my logins were moved behind a “master password” that I never set and I don’t even know which accounts they were. The devs apparently realized how much they fucked up and are maybe(?) trying to come up with a solution but you better believe I’ve switched apps and reset as many 2FAs as I could.

Instead of being annoyed about being stuck on the tarmac for over 2 hours due to storms at home, I’ll talk about what I liked in Tampa.

  1. The downtown area looked so cool to me, like what I picture old Florida to look like.
  2. So many restaurants randomly served pizza. Brunch place? Also has pizza! Sushi place, yep, pizza too.
  3. So. Many. Breweries. More than I expected.
  4. The heat wasn’t bad, but I know it gets hotter.
  5. Hanging with some fantastic people.

All in all, it was a great trip!

Just sent off a quote/proposal for a huge website build. The chances of me as a freelancer getting the gig is small, but the potential payday is worthy of the punt.

I'm apparently up against a couple of large, respected UK Drupal agencies - but got asked to quote due to personal recommendations from other clients, so I'm counting that as a good thing even if I don't get it.

Freelancing is hard, especially landing large projects, so it's a bit of an ego boost to even get the chance to try.

That feeling when you’re out at a bar or restaurant and you can kind of hear the song playing, and you KNOW it’s a song you like but you can’t quite make it out, and Shazam isn’t helping. Yeah, that feeling.

Being in NYC when it’s raining means stuffing your purse, bag, and bottle of water in your raincoat. And being super, super wet because the rain soaked through said raincoat. Glad I don’t care about looking ridiculous, because I TOTALLY DID.
