What's the lowest amount you've paid for something using a credit card?

Went to the market the other day and paid for a Β£2 punnet of fruit using a credit card. Guy was running Square on his phone, showed me the screen, I tapped, done.

I remember when everyone was Β£10 minimum for card payments, even in large shops. Now sole-traders can take instant payment for low value amounts. Brilliant!

@Edent 82p for some veg in the co-op the other day. Was ready for the cashier to tell me it had to be a Β£1 minimum, but they didn't bat an eyelid.

I've decided to work my way through the Apple Music top 100 albums. Some I know, some I don’t, some I hate but will revisit. Will be interesting! I like that it was emphasised that this isn’t algorithms, and was decided by humans.

Really? As a 12.9in iPad Pro user, the one thing I’ve always hoped for was that the tablet could one day be lighter, without any major compromise.

@craiggrannell @arstechnica definitely - holding up the large iPad Pro for drawing, it starts to feel too much after about 10 mins. Not sure if the 103g difference with my version is enough weight loss

@stegrainer @gedeonm I was thinking along the lines of β€œwill it feel more like paper for drawing on?”, but considering the XDR display needs a specific microfibr cloth, I’m worried the pencil will just destroy it!

@gedeonm I find the only thing I can't achieve on the iPad Pro is web development - run a local php webserver, setup virtual hosts, and use a web inspector.
