Okay, I’ve started the #Loki series (two episodes in), and wow, the whole production design is gorgeous. I love it! The music’s great too.

Really curious whether I’ll finally be able to like Loki as a character, because in the movies, I never could.

Did you know? In #JavaScript, you can write

debugger;

basically anywhere in the code. When your program gets to that point, execution will pause, and you'll enter an interactive debugging session.

It's basically a breakpoint, but defined in the code instead of interactively in your IDE or browser. Sometimes in can be easier to set it this way.

Remember not to commit it! ;)

The same thing is possible in #Python, too. Just write a

breakpoint()

statement anywhere.

Mein Bildungslückenschließen bei Marvel-Filmen geht weiter. Ich hab heute Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) gesehen.

Fand ihn recht gut. Aber wenn mir vor nem Jahr jemand gesagt hätte, dass ich mich von den ganzen Hauptfiguren im MCU am ehesten mit dem Typen im affigen USA-Kostüm und dem Frisbeeschild identifizieren würde, hätte ich laut gelacht.

Aber ich mag seinen kompromisslosen Moralkompass sehr.
