Why do IDEs always default the terminal to the bottom of the screen? I’m always—always—going to move it to right side of the screen. No matter what. Am I the only one who does this?

@ramsey I tend to prefer the bottom, but that's probably because I use my monitor in tall mode.

I somehow managed to break Visual Studio so that it can't render text in source code.

Everything else seems to work fine, but if you click on a .cpp file, it just shows you a blank window.
