@GreyAreaUK nah we couldn't get our pi setup to play nicely with the CRT in the mamecab for some reason, so we reverted to an old-but-working PC that we used to use for the cab a while ago. Not quite as neat but works like a champ.
@troed@gilesgoat It is entirely possible to use it for external tables, loads of people are doing so successfully. May take a bit of fiddling to set up but it can for sure be made to work, so don't let that put you off it, it's a great machine :)
@glassbottommeg Hats seem to be tolerated if they are connected with an activity, such as operating a steam train, as we can see here. Hats of necessity are acceptable - I wear an Australian wide brimmed leather hat sometimes, that being when it's pissing down with rain out and I have to go out to feed the sheep; the hat prevents my head getting wet and me getting rain down my neck.
Weather-deflecting hats such as caps when it's sunny are accepted more than simply hats for hats' sake.
If I'd've stayed there Defender 2000 would've been a better game. Going corpo was a wrong decision for me.
Should've stayed in Cwmcych. Perhaps if I'd stayed and consumed beer at the pub diligently enough it might not have closed. And I'd be the ungentrified oik at the end of the village.
@klord there should be an egg themed pinball really. Fried egg multiplier. Scrambled egg multiball. Shoot for the cloaca to unleash 6 egg ultrabreakfast mode. 🥚🍳
