So I know brought in some of those time-wasting rules they use in the reserve league, but in watching games last week and tonight, it seems that the referees are not… say… UNIFORMLY enforcing them. They seem to be more sticklers about it in MLS Next Pro.

@juan They're union referees. They shouldn't just start enforcing new rules without collectively bargaining in some extra dental coverage, etc.

I mentioned this to @CityHoosier a while back, but the NHL is missing out on a huge revenue stream from people who'd pay extra to see no virtual advertising boards. Just plain white. They'd pay top dollar.
