One game behind is probably the best state we ever had? I thought it get better with Ys IX, which only was a few months after the jp release. But Ys X doesn’t has a release date so far. We probably get one Trails game per year at current pace
Curious how much get into it because of the Steam release. It’s kinda late, but i guess SE plans a multi plattform release of KH4, so it’s better to have their games already on all plattforms.
Posting this just 4 days after the last weekly thread, to get it back to Fridays. Next one should be exactly 1 week after this, on next Friday, 24th May....
From the exclusives, only paper mario is announced i guess. So at the moment no. Let’s wait for the June direct. I anyways start to play my backlog and it will be a few trails of games that i haven’t bought on switch. Update: probably i buy the hyperdimension neptunia collection for the switch
Something like this is fine here, as long as it don’t get out of hand. Don’t worry about allowed or not to much, i see every post and will moderate if nessesary.
I know a person that has supported a Kickstarter game about 10 years ago. Dev is constantly Posting updates, so it’s not silent, just takes a lot time. 2 years is very short
I think that are very great news. Everyone should be able to play their games regardless of the plattform. Square Enix is one of the biggest publisher of jrpg’s, with a lot brands that are often exclusive to ps (FF16, FF7, Forspoken) or sometimes to switch as well (Octopath traveler, Triangle strategy). It kind of frustrate me...
Would be nice if Sony or someone else spend money keep those studios alive, but i don’t have much faith in it. Sony has currenlty closes London Studios as well and had big laid off on their studios as well as a lot other major publisher.
I’ve been playing Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, and the Suikoden vibe is completely there. I loved that game world, its mythos, the soft connections between the games. It contributed to the inspirational vibe, too....
It’s for sure best played from the beginning. But i started with trails of cold steel 1-4 and enjoyed it so much that i just want more. Fine to start semewhere else as well.
It’s the ps4. I have a lot childhood memories with the Ps2. Then i played a while mmorpg and other stuff, got bored by it and Mostly the ps4 let me experience good games again. Playing the first time fighting games on a more advance level, going to tournaments and meeting people or play a lot jrpg’s. The ps4 bought that back to me
After a fast and furious few months to start the year, the release schedule is starting to slow down a bit before it picks up again later in the year. We also have the expanded Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Trails through Daybreak on the horizon....
I played or still playing Persona 3 Reload, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Unicorn Overlord and all of those game are very good, so i would say the new releases aber very good this year. I would even say, it’s already a better year than 2023. Some of the game above i still want to try out, but a bit later.
I don’t really know a lot places to buy digital music, but i have seen it online on Amazon as MP3 download, just look at your favorite store, maybe it’s available. For CD/Vinyl, there is nothing so far.
