Random 70 year old dude in a dispensary greeted me by saying "you're not one of those drug addicts are you?" ... Bro I'm just here to get my sleepy time edibles so my shoulder will heal... Then he follows up with "well, marijuana cured my Parkinson's disease"
"Cured it? Oh yeah?" I said incredulously. He assents. I said my dad just died from late stage Parkinson's disease, despite using marijuana, and that maybe he should keep it to himself because Parkinson's disease is not curable.
So the young lady next to him turns around and informs me that I'm "running hot" and I need to "breathe it out" and that I ought to "seek therapy". I let her know that I was in therapy, and thanked her for the suggestion.
Now I'm not happy, pretty pissed actually, but I'm keeping to myself and trying to disengage. She feels like it's time for her to share "I understand having a bad day, as just recently my husband served me with divorce papers"
I do not know that Baby Reindeer is for everyone, it is grim and extremely intense, and I don't think I could possibly give all the due CWs, but it really did absorb me and leave me in that state where I turned off the TV as the closing credits of the last episode rolled and just stared into space at it dead and empty for a solid twenty minutes
Over the past year, I've noticed a gradual drop in my libido. And over the past few months, it's accelerated to the point where I'm just not interested at all anymore. At first I thought it was just stress, and maybe it is. But with stress management and a reduction in my overall stress levels, I haven't had any sort of rebound. It's really starting to negatively affect my relationships.
@James yeah, that happened to me and I tested with low T, then started TRT. I switched from TRT to Clomid about six months ago and I'm reliably horny like I was in my late 20s and early 30s. Hope you find some help! Clomid seems to be pretty good.
I am trying my first "real" cheese! I've made ricotta a few times, mozzarella twice, and paneer once, but now I'm trying my hand at a more aged cheese. This is my attempt at a Bel Paese, which conveniently ripens at refrigerator temperatures (4C/42F). No need for a separate cheese fridge/cave yet!
As for this attempt, the rennet didn't set the curd as well as I was hoping, and the surface remained rough after "pressing". But we'll see in 3 weeks! Pic is from right after brining.
I'm really loving the friendship I've been cultivating with my gym buddy. It's so funny how much we push each other and compliment each other, and how we are all giddy with each other when planning our next lift. I was way too excited to text him and say I wanna hit heavy incline DB bench press this week and he's like "hell yeah let's do it"
I love having a gym buddy who likes to lift the way I do! And he's a really friendly cool guy and I totally have a stupid crush on him UGH
