any guitarists out there that love playing metal? i haven't played in a decade and don't have my old les paul or schecter hellraiser where i am currently.
looking to buy a new guitar and some effects pedals that are capable for metal. going to mostly just play into my headphones or PC for recording.
any recommendations on the latest and greatest?

i was complaining about work to my therapist and he started talking strategies on dealing with work whether that's coping or moving onto something else.

lmao... raivo was a 2FA app i was using for a few things. it apparently got silently acquired and the app was updated to require a subscription to use. no notifications, no warnings, nothing.
here's the kicker: it deleted all of my TOTPs with the update
afaik the only way for them to not get deleted is to pay for it or it hard resets?
ANYWAY ive been meaning to migrate those last few to my self-hosted vaultwarden for a while now, so i guess it's time. never trust or depend on anything that exists to generate profits.
i dont know if anyone is out there that needs to hear this, but...
do not let pressure or gaslighting make you enter into or "try out" a poly dynamic if you're monogamous. you may very well end up with extensive emotional damage like i did. i was open minded enough to try it and see if it worked out, but it almost destroyed my relationship of 6 years and left me with an extra & extensive layer of trauma to deal with.
there's nothing wrong with you if you're monogamous. it's ok to be that way.

i don't get paid enough to work 9 hours a day. you couldn't pay me enough to do that because that would require payment in lost years of my life and that's something no capitalist can afford or provide.
