victron,

Don’t forget the legend of the un-pooper and the beans can craze.

victron,

I mean, we all know all those step-siblings (or actual siblings) videos are pure bullshit, but you’re right, it seems they attract some serious clicks. Or so I’ve been told.

victron,

Pfftt, barely a inconvenience.

victron,

You think of everything, don’t you, smart boy?

victron,

Feedly’s been solid after Google killed Google reader. But they’ve been adding features that make it more similar to Flipboard. I’m also looking for something simple and straight to the point.

Person of Interest (2011-2016) (lemmy.world)

Created by Jonathan Nolan. A seemingly procedural show that also deals with privacy and sentient AIs and espionage. The series centers on a millionaire geeky dude that developed a computer program that can predict terrorist acts, crime and the like (with some limitations), and his pal, a former Special Forces dude who tries to...

victron,

sigh I fucking know, right? The good thing is the cast grows and he no longer is the main character after season 1, also the show gains momentum and still is an absolute banger. But… yeah.

victron,

Dude, fellow Fringe nut right here. Season’s 4 not-reboot is when I started to… not care that much. I still love the show, but it went a little too much into its own lore, and got convoluted. Yet season 5 was not that bad, since they realized they dodged the cancellation bullet one last time, the show-runners got to work and tied everything with a nice bow. No loose ends, and satisfying ending for almost all characters. Still unconvinced about the whole “Watchers as the Bad Guys” mumbo jumbo, but in the end the show focused on the main characters and, in my opinion, it delivered.

Last spring, Amazon launched its live audio-streaming platform, Amp, which aims to reinvent radio with “an infinite dial of shows.” Amp offers users access to a vast, built-in music library to create their own DJ sets with. No need to buy songs or flirt with the DMCA, just make a playlist, go live, talk in between tracks,...

victron,

Sounds interesting, but sometimes you just want to listen to something while minding your businesses, not interact or anything. Let’s see how it does, for those amateur radio hosts.

victron,

Nice, the more options, the better. This looks gorgeous in a tablet.

victron,

His career is ruined! That’s what we all wanted, right? /s

This is a new domain on an IP that was fairly recently assigned to it. All main email providers blacklist anything that is not gmail, outlook or aws by default. Nothing I can do about it, other than becoming part of the problem and paying them to host this instance’s email.

victron,

I created an account yesterday, and didn’t receive an email. When trying to log in, nothing happens, but the page receives a 400 error.

victron,

Thanks for your reply, so it’s a gmail issue after all :/
