Does anyone have any experience supplementing with collagen?
I ask because I recently heard from a vegan (medical) doctor that vegans who sport intensively should not only complement with the usual B12, D3, etc. but should also aim at consuming collagen for muscle repair. Does anyone have any experience with this?
