I did not like Arizona Brandy that much in Meet the Queens. But goddamn!! She's the star of this episode. She stole every scene she was in. Almost feels like they are already setting her up to win.

I'm preferential to comedy performances, so no surprise that my favorites overall were Jaymes, Darienne, and Jimbo. That clown making a Sunday had me rolling 😂
Was actually a little underwhelmed with Jessica's tho.

@germ I have to say James has surprised me this season. Her drag is not exactly my cup of tea, but I have to recognize and appreciate when a queen excels at what they do. Bravo for James. Her talent show was genuinely funny.
And I agree with you on Jessica. It's not that the show was bad, but we've come to expect so much from her because of her amazing season, that her talent show did fall a bit short.
Oh and you're right about Heidi! Sad how she completely faded away. Not even a single mention during the last episode. It's just sad.
@faticake Yeah that was weird. And the talk he had with the queens in untucked was... something. I thought I was missing something because I never really liked Incubus...
@faticake He genuinely seems like a nice person. But ye, a bit detached from the drag scene, which is not in itself bad, but then I feel such guest judges need to make an extra effort to connect to the queens/the show.
Also, the editing for the guest judges visits to untucked are always weird. There's no way the conversations are so short. The producers choosing to show only the conversation about tucking was... a choice.

After a week of rest I'm still recovering from my injured calf, so it was upper body today.
Not sure how long I should postpone #running, there are only 4 weeks left until the 10k. Calf still bothers me 😞
@s1m0n4 I think you would benefit from putting some weight in the bar to practice snatches. It will force you to be more efficient with the movement. You should only lift the bar enough to get under it with a quick squat. Anyway, good exercising!
@s1m0n4 what I find helps is pushing with your arm towards the side, as if you were trying to break the bar in two. Also some shoulder stretching exercises. A minute or so every day does wonders.
For the squat, you might to try to adopt the sitting/resting position that is como in Asia. It's a good way to work on squat mobility
@s1m0n4 Consistency is the key, regardless of where you start from. You got this!
As for the resit squat position, it's hard! I've seen accomplished athletes struggle with it. I've picked it up because when I play with my 3 year old daughter, it's the position I assume most of the time :D
