Wieder einmal eine gute Gelegenheit darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Produktivität (in der Schweiz) in den letzten 30 Jahren um mehr als 40% gestiegen ist. Das heisst wir arbeiten heute 40% mehr in der selben Zeit als die Generationen vor uns. Entsprechend sollte man vielleicht nicht über die jüngeren Generationen urteilen und behaupten, dass die so faul seien.
Das Grundproblem ist aber, das die Arbeiter sich zu tode arbeiten und davon praktisch nichts erhalten.
Soweit ich mich erinnere war das die Arbeitsproduktivität und nicht die Produktivität die durch Automatisierung ermöglicht wird. Entsprechend erhöht sich eben der Arbeitsaufwand doch. Stell dir zum Beispiel Büroarbeiter vor, die jetzt ein Vielfaches an Daten bewältigen können, weil sie einen Computer zur Verfügung haben. Der Computer mag die Arbeit zwar vereinfachen, aber erledigt wird sie immer noch vom Mensch.

But you are right that we can't help everyone in their countries of origin and should welcome them in Switzerland. Welcoming them in Switzerland should include help for integration though.
E.g Language courses, chances to work, informations about the culture in Switzerland, maybe something like a godparent or friend from Switzerland.
In schools there should be special classses for the refugees at the beginning to learn the language or a lot of support (not just a few lessons as it sometimes the case).
Sadly those things are not possible if the biggest party is just refusing those people and not helping at all (which in my opinion is a strategy to make refugees look worse).
