Week two into my move and new job. Rumbling has been a difficult to manage, but I’ve known for a long time that good and bad experiences can lead to rumbling and meltdowns or shutdowns. I’m hopeful for a time soon when the newness wears off a bit and routine can shoulder some of the burden of stimulation. #autism#autistic#audhd
