Edent, 22 days ago @dan I did have one amusing incident when I called my bank, went through security, they identified the issue and promised me a call back. They called back a few minutes later and it was clearly the same person, but she insisted on taking me through security. At which point I considered going through the phone-tree again, but couldn't be bothered. So I answered her questions. Because of the nature of the issue, this happened about 5 times over the course of an hour!
