Man, we Europeans are so funny! There's the European Council, which is an EU body BUT NOT the same as the Council of the European Union, which also an EU body. And then there's the Council of Europe, which is also great BUT NOT an EU body. Got it? I guess some Belgian dude went over their beer and frites and tought "screw thesaurus, I'm just using the same words" 😂
