Time for my one post a year. Hello again, and to let anyone know who cares, #GarudaLinux is still my OS of choice, and I do #linuxgaming on said OS, love it, and have no major issues of daily driving it since I logged in to #Fosstodon last ( july 2023 i think?) Anyways, peace to you all.
My experiment with #garudalinux has come to an end. Back to #debian and #gnome. Feels familiar and am happy to be in my comfort zone again. Only wish my HP Dragonfly had a better battery life. 3 hours isn't cutting it anymore :(
@rm4 Liked it enough to install it. I prefer Gnome but I chose the KDE variety after playing with it. It was unstable for me over the 2-3 months I used it (hard crashes every couple of weeks). Promising but not something I'd likely try again (mostly due to my preference for Gnome)
@rm4 I can't remember why I installed over the gnome variant. It was definitely my first choice but something seemed off so I went with dragonized. In any case, sorry it didn't work out but #debian bookworm is treating me well so far..
I have created this Magazine just today. Currently I am in the process of setting up all the necessary configuration required to keep this Magazine active. In the meantime, feel free to post anything Garuda Linux related. Invite people so that we can grow. Contact the moderation staff if you'd like to become a moderator.
