What is your favorite program/training and why?

In the hopes of starting this new community about Les Mills here, I am asking what is probably the most basic question any Les Mills enthusiasts would ask when meeting for the first time: What is your favorite training, and why?

Mine is Grit, particularly Grit Strength. I've never done any other type of training that pushes me as much as Grit does. My heart rate is on the roof and if I haven't done Grit for a while, I am sore for days. All of which are signs I trained well imo.
