I did my fastest parkrun in many years yesterday. It has been hard to keep my progress slow and steady, instead of rushing in and overdoing it like I am inclined to do, but it's starting to pay off!

Heute habe ich mal austariert wieviel RPM ich den Longcycle (Clean & Jerk bzw. Umsetzen & Stoßen) ausführen kann (=> 8 rpm).
Tatsächlich hab ich schneller gedreht als ich dachte, dafür ist dann die Puste ein Problem (nicht ganz überraschend, hab ich doch bisher mehr Krafttraining gemacht als Ausdauertraining)
Zum Schluss noch Snatches (Reißen) und Push Press (Überkopf) um mal grob rauszufinden wieviele Reps in eine Minute passen (13)

Today was a target pace run for 15 mins (and an optional extra 5 mins) with 15 min warm up / cool down. The target pace was 7:28 - 7:48 and I ran the first interval (15 mins) at 7:30 and the second (5 mins) at 7:38. I was pretty pleased with this but Garmin gave me a 62% (average) execution score 🤔 …
I was really feeling Monday's leg day yesterday, more DOMS and fatigue the day after than I've had in a long time. Yesterday was the planned easy run and lighter non-cardio day. I feel I need to do a an active recovery day (even lighter than yesterday) so my body can prioritize leg recovery for another day. #training#running#exercise
