Grow-your-own cannabis takes root in Fells Point supply shop

"Baltimore Hydroponics will open Aug. 5. with plans to offer live plants, hydroponic kits to grow cannabis without soil and grow tents for the plant to improve control over humidity and other factors. The company will also offer consultations to help new home growers understand how to grow cannabis."
