Been listening to the Gifted Kid, Messy Adult podcast episode about ADHD and obesity, and boy does it speak to me…
When I was assessed I asked the psych whether it was common to be overweight with ADHD; he replied that in his experience it was quite the opposite.
Well reader, you can imagine how much that fucked me up and piled onto my imposter syndrome.
