sharkfucker420, What are boosts privacy policies? Do they share information with third parties etc etc?
SafCack, Aww hell yeah! I loved Boost, so it’s great to see it being moved to a new community.
oSillyScope, I down voted your post because it is not damned reddit for lemmy.
I_Miss_Daniel, Your post has an incorrect title.
Technological_Elite, Hey, thanks! I thought I edited the typos out but I guess ot didn't save. I did it again and it seems to look correct to me!
I_Miss_Daniel, Mine is still titled "Reddit for Lemmy..." which would be a rather controversial product :)
Maybe it's just cached with that title on kbin, where I'm seeing it.
ono, Same over here.
AFKBRBChocolate, Nope, not fixed. And unlike Reddit, you can edit the title.
Technological_Elite, Please tell me it's fixed now.
_haha_oh_wow_, Doesn’t look fixed to me.
AFKBRBChocolate, This is what it looks like for me. https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/d7f05194-9671-4899-834d-71884382ae82.png
Technological_Elite, Oh my GOD. Kbin needs to fix this, fediverse or whoever can fix it. This isnt fair 😭. I edited already I promise.
abff08f4813c, Finally showing up correctly for me.
AFKBRBChocolate, I believe you! There are lots of little issues - it’s a young platform. If it’s any consolation, “Reddit for Lemmy” makes me giggle everytime I see it.
CatBusBand, Already registered for it. Boost was the only reddit app that sticked with me.
Technological_Elite, Fantastic! Same here, I was using the official reddit app, started hesring about 3rd parties. Itried a whole bunch, Joey for reddit, Relay, and Boost to name a few. Boost was the only one that just had the simple experience except unlike the official app, had a working video player, loaded posts correctly, and the amount of ads was astonishing low in comparison. My jaw just dropped realising what I was missing out on, everything just worked.
