Spoiler functionality is now enabled.

Just saw the latest update from Ernest, it looks like we now have functional spoiler tags.

And yes the word spoiler is required on that first line.
From my very limited testing via lemmy it does appear to work both ways (I don't keep up with lemmy dev so I dunno if it's new or not for you guys lol) so:
Going forward please feel free to make use of this when it makes sense to. I'll also add the spoiler format into the sidebar.
Notes: The spoiler tag may not work on some apps (e.g. Boost, Eternity), this could change but exercise caution.
